How soon will my order ship?

Items typically ship within 5-6 business days but may take longer if shipping from China or internationally. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary according to the selected print on-demand or drop-shipping provider. The price is dependent on the origin and destination, as well as on the product type.

How will my order ship?

Generally ships in a mailer from the print on-demand or drop-shipping provider.

What countries do you ship to?

I ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties on international shipping. 

Refunds

Generally, refunds on digital items are not accepted. However, please contact me at alicia@aliciamccalla.com if an issue arises.

Do you accept returns?

As you know, my Emporium is a print on demand(POD) and drop-shipping store, that means I rely on vendors to print or produce the merchandise in the store.  Because of that, returns or exchanges are not supported if you mistakenly ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. The POD Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items. 

What if my items have a manufacturing defect, error or printing issue? 

If there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing defect, error, printing issues and such, I’ll offer you a replacement order free of charge and in a situation where a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to me or the vendor. 

Just take a picture and send it to me and I will contact the vendor on your behalf.  If even more issues arise with that replacement order, I will offer you a refund. 

You have my guarantee that if you’ve received defective merchandise with any manufacturing errors, I’ll do my best to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. 

 If there are any problems or concerns with your order, just reply to the order email and I will do my best to get it sorted out. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and AmazonPay.  You can also split your purchase into interest-free payments using PayLater.

How secure is this store?

My store uses Shopify, PayPal, Stripe and AmazonPay for payments.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
