However, as I've been reflecting on my own well-being and the goals I have for my upcoming projects, I've come to the difficult realization that I need to make a change in the frequency of these affirmations. This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is necessary to ensure that I can continue to create meaningful content and products that serve our community in the best possible way.

So, while this may be the last of the weekly affirmations, it is by no means the end of our journey together. Moving forward, I will continue to share affirmations and inspirational content, but on a more flexible schedule that allows me to balance my own self-care with the creation of new projects and offerings.
